DHL ServicePoint Partner Drop-off Form

Instructions:

Please complete this form daily (or as you receive drop-offs) to capture your DHL drop-off shipments if you are not currently using MSPA, PostalMate or ShipRite.

Drop-offs must be captured on the date received and will be used for calculating drop-off compensation each month.

Please enter your account number, store name and your email address and then scan the Airbill number (always 10 digits) and Piece ID(s) for each shipment.

Example: Piece IDs are 20 to 25 digits in length and begin with the JD0, example JD011100011101051154

Please do not combine multiple account numbers or store data in one form
